Until recently i've always despised Macs. The cheesy adverts, the strange people that use them and of course the systems themselves.
I used them at college a year or so ago and hated every second of it.
I've always been a Windows user and i though i always would be.
However, a few months ago after using a friend's MacBook Pro at college for graphic design work i realized they weren't as bad as i thought. There is a shortage computers at college and i noticed it would be a lot easier for me if i had a laptop for college so i looked into getting a MacBook Pro.
My step-dad generously bought me one for Christmas and i've been using it ever since. And i have to say, it really is great. It took some getting used to however, but after a few weeks i cherish it more than my few sexual experiences.
I can truthfully say that i won't be doing any graphic design work on a Windows computer again, Everything runs better on a mac and you aren't at fear of losing your files or having Photoshop crash on you for no reason what so ever. I still hate the Mac vs Pc adverts and the fanboys though.
